About the role

Azmain Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan online and offline marketing activities, generate leads and build customer relationships. This is a full-time, office-based role with client meetings and field visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly marketing plans.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate social media content and promotional materials.
• Manage approved advertising budgets and track campaign results.
• Research customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing. Meta Ads and Google Ads skills are an advantage.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, organise tasks and meet deadlines.
